How this works

Submit your request
Include your numeric Discord user ID. You must share a server with the support bot and allow DMs from server members.

Verify over DM
The bot DMs you a code. Reply CONFIRM <request-id> to prove the request is yours. Staff cannot see it until you do.
03
Talk to staff
When staff replies, the bot will DM you instructions. Enter your request ID under Track status to see updates and reply to staff on the website.
04
Track progress
Check status and continue your conversation any time under Track status using your request ID.
